A sampling of the $3 Hot Lunches…

The menu varies and it is served the first day of each week.  All profits are dedicated to help offset the cost of outdoor school for our 6th graders.  In addition to the $3 lunch, $1 items may include a selection of large muffins, Izze or Arizona-type drinks, or cookies.  Recent lunches were:  Teriyaki Chicken/Rice Bowl, Ultimate Baked Potato, Sub-Style Sandwiches, Soup/Salad/Hot French Bread (choice from among 3 soups), Chicken Nachos, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & Tomato Soup, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Meatball Sandwiches, Tortellini with Marinara Sauce … more menu items to come!  The KNIGHT STUDENT STORE was revived through the return of a Marketing Class and operated each school day except when hot lunch was being served.  Some school supplies as well as snacks and fun items were sold, with pricing generally .25-$3.
